We cater weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, birthdays, showers, graduations, school functions, church gatherings, festivals, and community events.
Choose food truck service, buffet catering, full service plated catering, or catering trays. We can also serve alcohol that is provided by the host. We'll help you choose the right setup for your event.
Food truck service is $1,000 for the first 50 guests. Additional guests are $16 each. Buffet catering is $16/person. Catering trays and plated service are custom quoted. Tax, add on and applicable travel charges outside of 50 miles of New Braunfels are additional.
We are based in New Braunfles and serve Seguin, San Marcos, Canyon Lake, Wimberley, Buda, and the Austin to San Antonio corridor.
Our favorties include beef birria, chicken birria, asada, and al pastor. Options include tacos, quesadillas, ramen, and grilled cheese, depending on your catering style.
Yes! Ask about rice and beans, chips, salsa, guacamole, elotes, queso, churros, and aguas frescas. We'll include your selections in your quote.

If the time and date don't work, contact us directly at 512.922.4866 to see what other options there are. We have food trucks and a food cart to use for events. A signed contract and 50% deposit secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.

We accept Venmo at Amber-Gunn-1, Apple Pay at 512.922.4866, checks, and credit cards.
We need a level, accessible parking area about 10x20 feetwith enough room to safely park, serve guests, and leave afterward. Send us your venue details, so we can confirm the setup before your event.
Absolutely. All of our corn tortillas are gluten free. We also serve vegan and vegetarian style upon request. We are happy to customize the menu for you.

We do! We offer the entree called the Fantastic Four which inlcludes four six inch tacos to sample our four main proteins including beef birria, chicken birria, asada, and al pastor. Call or text 512.922.4866 to schedule.
3 six inch tacos per person, cilantro, onion, cheese, lime, red and green salsa, consomme for the birria if applicable, traditional Mexican candies, plates/to go boxes, napkins, and plastic serving utensils.
